Tricise Service Tiers for Automic Automation – Silver, Gold & Platinum Explained
The Tricise Service Tiers give organizations a clear, scalable way to operate their Automic Automation environments — from licensing through operations to the cloud. With three editions — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — Tricise combines product expertise, proactive operations, and continuous learning into one structured partnership model. As Broadcom Partner of the Year 2025 and Europe’s largest Automic partner, Tricise supports more than 730 customers and 350+ Automic installations across the continent.

Silver Edition – The New Tricise Standard
The Silver Edition is the new Tricise standard for every Automic license customer in the DACH region — automatically included from 1 July 2026 at no extra cost. It provides the essential foundation for customers running Broadcom Automic environments and combines stability, guidance, and technical assurance.
Included are 24/7 Level 1 product support with structured incident and ticket management, escalation management with direct routing to Broadcom engineering for complex software issues, and a Single Point of Contact who knows your environment. Silver also covers Advanced Support for end-of-service versions (one major version back), so you stay protected even during upgrade cycles.
On the tooling and enablement side, Silver includes the 3C Release Manager Light Edition with core functions for object management and deployment, a curated set of Tricise Automic Action-Packs as ready-made workflow building blocks, and a Tricise University Flat · Tier 0 account (1 user, self-study and instructor-led courses included) at the Tricise University.
Silver isn’t a stripped-down free tier — it’s the deliberate baseline that ensures every Tricise Automic customer in the DACH region has a competent operations safety net from day one. No more support gaps, no more lone admins carrying the entire know-how on their shoulders.
Gold Edition – We Operate Your Automic
The Gold Edition builds on Silver and adds full operations by Tricise experts. Within the Tricise Service Tiers, Gold is the first level where Tricise actively takes over administration and monitoring of the Automic infrastructure — proactive infrastructure monitoring, agent management, and database optimization during operating hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (CET/CEST). For continuous coverage, this AMS infrastructure service can be extended to 24/7 on an opt-in basis. On top of that, optional 24/7 application-layer extensions can be added — application monitoring, process monitoring, and workflow design around the clock.
Gold continues to include the 3C Release Manager Light Edition with core functions for object management and deployment — the full edition with versioned object transports, configuration synchronization, and controlled rollouts between DEV, TEST, and PROD environments is reserved for the Platinum Edition. A one-off Automic Health-Check is included as well: a comprehensive system analysis of your Automic environment, delivered with a written report and concrete recommendations on performance, stability, and configuration hygiene.
For team enablement, Gold raises learning access to Tricise University Flat · Tier 1 — 5 users with unrestricted access to the complete training curriculum, including self-study and instructor-led formats. Gold is the right fit when Automic runs business-critical workloads and you want to free up your in-house team from day-to-day platform operations without giving up control of the underlying infrastructure.
Platinum Edition – Tricise Service in the Cloud
The Platinum Edition is the highest tier — Automic delivered as a fully managed SaaS in the European cloud, with Tricise as your service partner. It includes everything from Gold and runs Automic Automation on a Kubernetes-based platform across two EU data centers with 99.95% availability and zero on-premises infrastructure on your side. The result: enterprise-grade uptime and performance with predictable costs and no infrastructure overhead.
Platinum includes the full 3C Release Manager in either SaaS or on-premise mode, and the 24/7 application-layer extensions (application monitoring, process monitoring, and workflow design) are included by default rather than as an opt-in.
For knowledge empowerment, Platinum includes Tricise University Flat · Tier 2 with 15 users — the highest training tier, ensuring administrators and key users have continuous access to all learning modules, certifications, and labs. As the premium edition of the Tricise Service Tiers, Platinum is the right fit when you want to leave the infrastructure question behind entirely and run Automic as SaaS in the EU cloud, with Tricise handling service and escalation around it.
How to Choose – Silver, Gold, or Platinum?
Choosing between the Tricise Service Tiers is less about feature checklists and more about your operating model. Silver is the foundation every Tricise Automic customer in the DACH region gets — it’s the right answer if you have an experienced internal team that runs Automic on its own and just needs a competent product-support partner with escalation paths into Broadcom. Gold is the right answer when Automic is business-critical and you’d rather have Tricise specialists handle administration, monitoring, and release management on your infrastructure, while your team focuses on automation logic and value delivery. Platinum is the right answer when you want to leave the infrastructure question behind entirely — no servers, no databases, no patching cycles on your side, just Automic as a service with Tricise as the operational owner.
A common path through the Tricise Service Tiers is to start with Silver from July 2026, evaluate operational load over a few months, and upgrade to Gold or Platinum once it becomes clear where the team’s time should actually go. The transition between tiers is incremental — no migration project, no platform change, just an extension of the partnership.
