Overview
The Automation Office 365 Action Pack is an integration module for Automic Automation that exposes SharePoint upload, download and delete as ready-to-use actions. It wraps Microsoft Graph authentication, access-token handling and REST calls so that file operations on SharePoint can be orchestrated directly from Automic workflows — without building a custom integration.
Named connection configurations let you target multiple Azure tenants or apps from the same Automic client. Each SharePoint action resolves site and library, obtains an access token, and executes the operation through the WebService REST agent with full support for wildcards, root or sub-folders, and recursive traversal.

Wildcard patterns, root or sub-folders and optional recursion let each job target exactly the files it should. Multi-tenant setups are covered by maintaining several named configurations side by side in the same Automic client.

Create or update a named connection with tenant ID, client ID, client secret, grant type and scope for use by all SharePoint actions.

Cleanly remove an existing connection configuration from the action pack when a tenant or app registration is retired.

Internal sub-processes obtain access tokens via Microsoft Graph and resolve sites and item IDs before each upload, download or delete call.

All SharePoint calls run through Automic’s WebService REST agent, so the action pack slots into existing Automic infrastructure with no extra runtime components.
