On 25 June 2026 at 11:00 AM CEST, Günther Flamm, Managing Director at Tricise, hosts a 60-minute working session on the Tricise Service Tiers for Automic Automation. The session covers what changes from Q3 2026, how the Silver, Gold and Platinum editions differ in day-to-day operations, and which model fits a given Automic environment.
It is built for Automic owners and IT operations teams planning their operating model for the next few years. You will leave with a clear read on which of the Tricise Service Tiers matches your operational effort, support needs and cloud strategy.

Why the Tricise Service Tiers matter now
A licence alone does not deliver stable operations. Support gaps, end-of-service versions, manual object transports and know-how locked into individuals are the familiar failure modes, and the operational risk often outweighs the licence cost itself. From Q3 2026, the Silver Edition becomes the automatic standard for every Broadcom Automic customer in the DACH region — a natural moment to reconsider how the platform is run and what a structured service model can take off your team’s plate. This session walks through the practical differences so you can match the right model to your environment rather than guessing. The goal is a deliberate decision about operating model, not another year of working around the gaps.
Silver, Gold and Platinum at a glance
The three Tricise Service Tiers build on each other, so you only pay for the operating model you actually need — and you can move up a tier later without a migration project.
Silver is the new standard within the Tricise Service Tiers, automatically included from Q3 2026 for every Automic licence customer in the DACH region at no extra cost. It covers 24/7 Level 1 product support, a single point of contact who knows your environment, structured incident and escalation management, Advanced Support for the most recent end-of-service version, the 3C Release Manager Light Edition with Action-Packs, and a Tricise University Flat account. It is the support-and-tools foundation every other tier builds on.
Gold adds managed operations on top of Silver. Tricise takes over administration and monitoring of your Automic infrastructure during business hours — proactive monitoring, agent management and database optimisation — and includes a one-off Automic Health-Check plus a larger University allowance. Three AMS add-ons are bookable on top: a 24/7 infrastructure extension, functional Operations & Monitoring, and Design Services for workflow build-out. It suits organisations that want to free their in-house team from day-to-day platform operations without giving up control.
At the top of the Tricise Service Tiers, Platinum runs Automic as a fully managed SaaS in the European cloud: a Kubernetes-based platform across two EU data centres with 99.95% availability and no on-premises infrastructure on your side. It includes everything from Gold, upgrades AMS Infrastructure to 24/7 by default, and adds the full 3C Release Manager, available as SaaS or on-premise. For teams with a cloud-first strategy, it removes patching cycles and infrastructure overhead from your side entirely.
What you’ll take away
The Tricise Service Tiers session is built to leave you with concrete decisions:
- A side-by-side view of Silver, Gold and Platinum across support, managed operations (AMS) and EU-cloud SaaS
- What the automatically included Silver Edition means for an existing DACH licence from Q3 2026
- Which AMS building blocks — Infrastructure, Operations & Monitoring, and Design Services — are bookable in Gold and Platinum, and where each one stops
- A practical basis for deciding between in-house operation, managed operations, and full SaaS in the EU cloud
Who should attend
The session is aimed at Automic owners, IT operations and platform teams, and decision-makers at Tricise Automic customers across the DACH region. The Tricise Service Tiers are tailored to DACH — but interested participants from outside the region are welcome to join, and we will work out an individual solution together in a follow-up conversation.

Frequently asked questions
Will the webinar be recorded?
Yes. Every registered participant receives a link to the recording after the session, so you can watch it again or share it with colleagues who could not attend live. The recording is usually available within a few working days.
What does it cost to attend?
Nothing. The Tricise Service Tiers webinar is free of charge — there is no registration fee and no obligation.
Do I need prior knowledge of Automic?
No. A basic familiarity with Automic Automation helps you follow the operational detail, but the session is designed to be useful whether you run Automic today or are evaluating how to run it.
I’m outside the DACH region — can I still attend?
Yes. The service editions are tailored to DACH customers, but interested participants from other regions are welcome to join the live session. Where the standard model does not map directly to your situation, we will find an individual solution with you afterwards.
Is there an alternative date?
Yes. The webinar is held in German. If 25 June does not suit you, the same topic is also covered on 16 June 2026, 13:00–13:45 CEST — you can register for that session instead.
Can I submit questions in advance?
Yes. Add your questions when you register and we will pick them up during the live Q&A at the end of the session. If we run out of time, we follow up with you by email afterwards.
