On June 26, 2026 · 10:00 AM CEST, Jens Pilz hosts a 45-minute working session on upgrading to Automic V26. The session covers what tends to go wrong, what changes in day-to-day work, and which of the new AI features are worth the time. This session is delivered in German.
It is built for teams who are planning, scoping, or still considering the move to Automic V26. Jens shares his hands-on perspective so the audience leaves with a clearer plan, not a feature catalogue.
Why this Automic V26 webinar matters
Major version upgrades of Broadcom Automic Automation are not routine. The new release introduces functional changes and new AI capabilities that touch how teams design, operate, and govern workloads. The decisions made before the upgrade shape how smoothly the transition lands — and most of those decisions benefit from someone who has already done the work telling you what to expect.
What you’ll take away
- An honest view of the pitfalls and obstacles teams encounter during the upgrade
- Jens’s top 5 changes to existing functionality worth knowing before the move
- His personal top 3 new features, including at least one of the new AI functions
Who should attend
Automation engineers, platform owners, and operations leads responsible for Automic environments who are evaluating or preparing the upgrade. The session assumes working familiarity with the product; it is not an introduction to Automic Automation.

Frequently asked questions
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. Every registered participant receives a link to the recording by email after the event, so it is fine to register even if you can only attend partially or have to cancel last-minute. The recording is also the easiest way to share the session with colleagues who couldn’t join live.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. The webinar is free of charge for Automic customers and members of the Automic Community. Registration is required so we can send the dial-in link and, afterward, the recording.
What level of Automic knowledge do I need to follow along?
Working familiarity with Automic Automation. The session is aimed at engineers, platform owners, and ops leads who already operate Automic environments and are now evaluating or preparing the Automic V26 upgrade. It is not an introduction to the product, and prior versions are referenced without re-explaining the basics. If you have run an Automic upgrade before — even a minor version step — you will follow the material comfortably. If your team has not yet operated Automic in production, the recording may still be useful as background, but the live Q&A will move at a pace assuming hands-on experience with workflows, agents, and the Automation Engine.
Can I submit questions in advance?
Yes. There is a “Submit a question” button next to the registration button below. Questions submitted before the event help Jens prioritise the Q&A block at the end of the session, and topics that come up often may be folded into the main content.
What happens after I register?
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after registering, with the calendar invite and the dial-in details. A short reminder email goes out the day before the event with the access link. After the session, the recording link is sent to all registrants within a few working days, depending on light post-production. If you don’t see the confirmation email, check your spam folder — corporate filters sometimes hold automated event invites.
What if I have to cancel last-minute?
No need to do anything. There is no cost, and the recording link goes out to every registered participant regardless of live attendance. If your plans change, simply watch the recording when it fits your schedule.
