On June 10, 11:00 AM CET, Günther Flamm introduces 3 new Tricise Service Tiers for every Automic license customer — 45 minutes incl. Q&A. Our focus is on the DACH region, but international Automic customers are warmly invited to join the conversation.

On , we introduce our new Tricise Service Tiers for Automic Automation. If you hold an Automic license with us, your standard service is changing on July 1, 2026 — and this 45-minute session shows you what that means in practice.

Why the new Tricise Service Tiers matter for Automic license customers

An Automic license alone does not deliver stable operations. Support gaps, end-of-service versions, manual object transports and know-how stuck with individuals are the typical failure modes — and the reason we built the Tricise Service Tiers: to bundle support, tooling, training and operations under one structured model.
Starting July 1, 2026, the new Silver tier becomes the standard for every DACH-Tricise Automic license customer, at no extra cost. Gold and Platinum extend that baseline if you want us to take over operations or move Automic to SaaS. Three Tricise Service Tiers, one partner across the full lifecycle.
Our focus is on the DACH region — but international Automic customers are equally welcome to get in touch. We’re happy to discuss your environment, your operating model and how our tiers can work for you, wherever you operate.

What you’ll take away

  • What’s automatically included in your Automic license from July 1, 2026 — and what isn’t
  • How Silver, Gold and Platinum differ across support, managed services and SaaS
  • How to choose the right operating model for your Automic environment
  • Where our 3C Release Manager, Action-Packs and University fit in
  • Live Q&A with the person who built the model

Who should attend

Our Automic license customers across DACH — and prospects considering licensing Automic through us — who want a clear picture of what’s included as standard and which operating model fits their environment. International customers interested in our services are warmly invited to join as well.
