Automic Operator Essentials is a focused one-day eLearning course from Tricise University for IT operations staff who are responsible for running Broadcom Automic Automation workloads in production. Participants learn what they need to know to monitor running jobs and workflows, intervene when something goes wrong, analyse failures, and work confidently with the Automic Web Interface from day one — without having to sit through the broader user-oriented curriculum first.

The Automic Operator Essentials course is deliberately operations-first. It covers the Automic architecture only as far as an operator needs to understand it, spends most of the day on execution control, scheduling, the Process Monitoring perspective and error analysis, and closes with dashboards that give operations teams a live overview of their landscape. No prior Automic knowledge is required — the course is designed as a self-contained introduction for operators joining an Automic environment for the first time.
