All decisions, whether to upgrade existing systems or set up parallel installations, are guided by the specific needs of the environment and the customer’s long-term automation strategy. Our team ensures that all Automic components, including AWI, agents, and engines, are updated efficiently and in sync. A Structured Four-Phase Approach

The update and implementation process is divided into four proven phases: Planning, Preparation, Migration, and Go Live. Each phase has a clearly defined goal and methodology to reduce risks and create transparency for all stakeholders.

Phase 1: Planning

In the planning phase, we analyze the customer’s current automation landscape, evaluate dependencies, and determine scope and objectives. Together with stakeholders, we identify potential risks, prioritize key use cases, and define the overall project vision. Tricise experts closely monitor stability, performance, and integrations to ensure smooth operations. Post-Update Training for Teams

To maximize the benefits of each update, we provide post-update training sessions tailored to customer teams. These are available via the Tricise University. Optional Monitoring & On-Call Services

While monitoring is typically handled by customers, we offer optional on-call services that provide an extra layer of assurance during critical updates or migrations.
