The Automic Operator Essentials course (English) covers the operational fundamentals of Broadcom Automic Automation from a day-to-day operations perspective. Participants learn how to monitor, control, and troubleshoot automated processes in the Automic Web Interface (AWI). The course covers all core operational tasks – from process planning with Schedule objects (JSCH) and Time Events (EVNT), through active process control, to structured error analysis and the use of Dashboards (DASH) in Automic Automation V21/V24.

Prerequisites

No prior experience with Automic Automation is required for the Automic Operator Essentials course. The course is specifically designed for operational beginners.

A basic understanding of the following areas is helpful but not mandatory:

  • General IT knowledge (operating systems, networks, process flows)

  • Basic understanding of business processes and workflow structures

  • Some familiarity with web-based user interfaces is an advantage
