Les lacunes en mati\u00e8re d&#x27;assistance, les versions en fin de vie, les transferts manuels d&#x27;objets et le savoir-faire cantonn\u00e9 \u00e0 certaines personnes constituent les causes d&#x27;\u00e9chec les plus courantes \u2014 et c&#x27;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que nous avons mis en place les niveaux de service Tricise : afin de regrouper l&#x27;assistance, les outils, la formation et les op\u00e9rations au sein d&#x27;un mod\u00e8le structur\u00e9 unique.<br>\u00c0 compter du 1er juillet 2026, le nouveau <strong>niveau Silver deviendra la norme pour tous les clients DACH-Tricise d\u00e9tenteurs d\u2019une licence Automic, sans frais suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>. Les niveaux Gold et Platinum \u00e9tendent cette base si vous souhaitez que nous prenions en charge les op\u00e9rations ou que nous migrions Automic vers le SaaS. Trois niveaux de service Tricise, un seul partenaire tout au long du cycle de vie.<br><strong>Nous nous concentrons sur la r\u00e9gion DACH<\/strong>, mais les clients internationaux de Automic sont tout aussi les bienvenus.
